Delivery within Germany:
Shipping costs for standard shipping: € 4.90 insured. Our shipping time is usually 3-5 working days, every order is processed as quickly as possible and handed over to the shipping service provider. DHL is usually very fast.
Standard shipping packages are delivered by our shipping partner DHL between Monday and Saturday.
With the track & trace code, which we send you by email with the shipping confirmation, you can view your package and its status at any time on the partner's homepage. Unfortunately, we have no influence on delivery delays from our shipping service provider and thank you for your understanding should this occur. The delivery times shown here are not guaranteed delivery times and may therefore vary. In the event of a delivery delay or non-compliance with the shipping time, we are unfortunately unable to refund the delivery costs charged.
Orders sent as large letters will be sent for 1.55€ within the period specified in the terms and conditions.
Yes, as soon as we have packed the order and handed it over to our shipping partner ready for dispatch. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link that you can use to track your delivery:

When your order is ready for shipment and has been handed over to the shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link that you can use to track your order:

Sometimes it can take a short time until the status of the shipment is displayed correctly and completely. Delivery times can vary depending on the region. Thank you for your understanding that we have no influence on possible delivery delays.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your delivery address after shipping. If a change is made before the shipment is confirmed, please contact us separately and we will be happy to change it as long as it has not yet been sent to the shipping partner.
The same applies if you have placed your order and notice that there was an error in the information.

The new full address / information to be corrected
For shipments to a PickUp station, we also need your personal number for the Packstation. We will do our best to pass everything on to our shipping service provider in time to change your details, but we cannot guarantee this.
It is best to check your order before completing the purchase process, as we usually start immediately after ordering and payment.
If your package is not delivered due to incorrect information/address and is returned to us, the shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
We are very sorry if your order was not delivered. We know how annoying that is! The best thing to do is to first check the tracking link of the shipping service provider...

Please note that your order may be delayed due to security measures taken by the shipping partner (damage to the package en route, rerouting in the parcel center, etc.) and/or seasonal shipment volumes and that we have no influence on delivery delays. We work as quickly as possible and always hand over quickly to the shipping partner, who then takes care of the goods on their final journey to you.
If you have received a shipping confirmation but your shipment is not delivered within the specified delivery time, please contact us via our customer service info@lykkeandyou.de with the following information:

We will initiate an investigation with our shipping provider, however this may take several days and a refund or replacement cannot be processed until after this investigation or after 30 days.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to wait a short time until the status of the shipment is correctly displayed at the address provided above before contacting us. Please make sure that you have checked the current status of your order using the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.
