Shipping policy

- Shipping within Germany possible,
- From 29.90 EUR free insured shipping with DHL (in DE)
- Pick-up in Lörzweiler under consideration of the currently valid Corona regulation
- Shipping costs for insured shipping will be charged at € 4.90 and borne by the buyer
- If an item is not available due to a sale, we will inform you separately
- AT, CH, IT shipping prices visible before checkout
- All dried flowers are handmade and are put together for you according to your order.
- Returns: The customer is responsible for shipping if the order is canceled or the customer is not satisfied (otherwise our low prices cannot be reflected).

Delivery within Germany:
Shipping costs standard shipping: 4,90 € insured. Our shipping time is usually 3-5 working days, each order is processed as quickly as possible and handed over to the shipping service provider.
Standard shipping parcels are delivered by our shipping partner DHL between Monday and Saturday.
With the track & trace code, which we send you by e-mail with the shipping confirmation, you can view your package and its status at any time on the partner's homepage. Unfortunately, we have no influence on delays in delivery by our shipping service provider and thank you for your understanding should this occur. The delivery times shown here are not guaranteed delivery times and may therefore vary. In the event of a delay in delivery and non-compliance with the delivery time, we are unfortunately unable to refund the delivery costs charged.
Can I track the delivery status of my order?
Yes, as soon as we have packed the order and handed it over to our shipping partner ready for dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that you can use to track your delivery:

How long do I have to wait for my order to be delivered?
When your order is ready to be shipped and has been handed over to the shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order:

Sometimes it can take a short time until the status of the shipment is displayed correctly and completely. Delivery times may vary depending on the region. Thank you for your understanding that we have no influence on possible delivery delays.
What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your delivery address after your order has been shipped. If a change is made before the confirmed shipment, please contact us separately and we will be happy to change it as long as the products have not yet been sent to the shipping partner.
The same applies if you have placed your order and realize that an error has occurred in the details.
In both cases, please contact us at info@lykkeandyou.de and provide us with the following information:
Surname, first name
Your order number
The new complete address / information to be corrected
For shipments to a PickUp station, we also need your personal number for the Packstation. We will do our best to pass everything on to our shipping service provider in time to change your details, but we cannot guarantee this.
It is best to check your order before completing the purchase process, as you can of course change your details during the process.
If your parcel is not delivered due to incorrect details/address and is returned to us, the shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
My order was not delivered, what can I do?
We are very sorry if your order has not been delivered. The best thing to do first is to check the tracking link of the shipping service provider

Please note that your order may be delayed due to security measures and/or seasonal shipment volumes and we have no control over delivery delays.
If you have received a shipping confirmation but your shipment is not delivered within the specified delivery time, please contact us via our customer service info@lykkeandyou.de with the following details:
Surname, first name
Your order number
Tracking number from your shipping confirmation email
Concern/issue
We will initiate an investigation with our shipping service provider. However, this may take several days and a refund or replacement can only be issued after this investigation or after 30 days.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to wait a short time until the status of the shipment is correctly displayed at the address above before contacting us. Please make sure that you have checked the current status of your order via the tracking link from the shipping confirmation email.
